• For some, this work looks like intuitive journey-style experiences where you turn inward, and seek guidance in non-ordinary reality, or I help you explore your connection to your inner voice by way of guided meditation. 

• Accessing your compassionate witness, looking back at all the ways you have wisely adapted to your surroundings, discerning which of those skills you wish to carry forward, and recognizing those you have outgrown.
